The Meditech EKG3A is a slim, advanced, and lightweight 3‑channel ECG machine designed for recording the heart’s electrical activity. It acquires standard 12‑lead ECG data simultaneously, displays the ECG waveforms in real time, and supports automatic interpretation and arrhythmia analysis. The device features a 7‑inch color touchscreen (with patient‑info keyboard), built‑in rechargeable lithium‑ion battery, and internal memory for over 1,000 cases — expandable with external card storage (up to ~10,000 reports). It offers thermal printing of 3‑lead ECG strips using 80 mm roll paper, with selectable paper speeds (6.25, 12.5, 25, 50 mm/s). Data output is supported via USB (standard) and optional LAN/RS232, enabling export and integration with PC software (e.g., for report saving or printing). Digital filters (EMG, AC, baseline drift) reduce interference to ensure clean ECG signals. The unit is portable and supplied with a carrying case, electrodes, cables, and other accessories.
